A Mexican/American restaurant in Henderson plans to open another outlet on Fourth Street in downtown Las Vegas.
Nacho Daddy, which operates at 9925 S. Eastern Ave., will be opening a restaurant later this year downtown, confirmed Fred Mossler, one of three managing partners of Nacho Daddy LLC. Mossler is also one of the top people at Zappos, having been with that company since 1999. Zappos will be moving its headquarters, and an estimated 1,300 employees, from its Henderson campus to downtown later this fall.
Mossler said plans were to have the restaurant in place later this year in space formerly occupied by Thai Vegas, 115 N. Fourth St.
Nacho Daddy describes itself as an “American grill with a Mexican flair.”
