Five new stores are opening at the Miracle Mile Shops, and others are moving into renovated or expand spaces — the latest of $8 million in construction at the center at Planet Hollywood in the past year.
Miracle Mile officials said Thursday the changes reflect two years of sales and traffic increases.
Jamba Juice just opened a new smoothie and sandwich shop. Dollheads, a blow-dry bar and hair extension salon, is set to open next month. Garrett Popcorn, a gourmet brand from Chicago, joins Miracle Mile in September, and GRATiae will offer organic skin care products beginning in November.
Ultra Diamonds, which in four years has become the leading retail outlet in its company, will open fashion jewelry store, Scamp & Scoundrel, early next year.
Tommy Bahama, meanwhile, is moving into a larger store, while art dealer Wyland Galleries, Nestle Toll House Cafe and ABC Stores are being remodeled. They follow similar remodels by Victoria’s Secret and Fat Tuesday last year.
