Henderson offers electronic billing, payments for water, sewer customers

Water and sewer customers in Henderson now can receive and pay their bills electronically.

BillOnline, which was launched Thursday by the city, will allow customers to receive bills by e-mail, make payments, schedule automatic payments, view and print statements and manage multiple accounts.

City officials expect to save about $58,000 a year in paper, printing and mailing costs for every 10 percent of customers who sign up for the electronic billing service.

Customers can enroll in BillOnline at CityofHenderson.billonline.com.
