    • Graham Downes Architecture, a design and architecture firm, has been selected to redesign the Riviera, which plans an estimated $18 million renovation. Graham Downes is lead designer and principal in charge for the project, Marianne Berg is project manager and Victor Navarro is project designer.

    • Walls 360, a Las Vegas company that creates reusable, self-adhesive graphics, has been named one of the country’s 100 Brilliant Companies by Entrepreneur Magazine.

    • Crystals at CityCenter has received the VIVA “Best-of-the-Best” designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers, the international trade association for the industry. The awards recognize outstanding global examples of shopping center design and development, sustainability, marketing and community service. Crystals was the only winner in the sustainability category. CityCenter is the world’s largest private green development.

    • The Nevada State Development Corporation was named the Platinum SBA 504 Lender for the state of Nevada at the May 23 U.S. Small Business Administration Small Business Awards. NSDC had 57 SBA 504 loans approved in 2011 for a total of $30.7 million.
