North Las Vegas Police have made an arrest in a double shooting on Wednesday that left one man dead.
Police say 33-year-old Mario Camacho was arrested Thursday at the location of the shooting in the 1600 block of Splinter Rock Way.
Camacho is charged with first-degree murder with a deadly weapon, first-degree attempted murder with a deadly weapon, first-degree kidnapping with a deadly weapon, coercion with force and a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, police said.
He was booked into the North Las Vegas Detention Center, police said.
The shooting happened about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the North Las Vegas home near Tropical Parkway and Camino Eldorado, police said.
Two men, ages 18 and 20, were found with gunshot wounds in the garage. Both were taken to University Medical Center in critical condition, and one man later died, police said.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing, and detectives are still looking for more witnesses, police said.
