If you wanted to bite into a chili by Bobby Flay or taste a bit of Paris with François Payard, your taste buds may have to wait.
Events involving those two celebrities are among 11 already sold out for the Vegas Uncork'd food festival coming back to the Strip May 10-13. But among the 15 that remain open, there's still a seat at the table if you want to lunch with Wolfgang Puck for the 20th anniversary of Spago, which opens the event at Caesar's Palace, or go to the clambake at Mandalay Bay.
Now in its sixth year, Uncork'd has become a premier event featuring Vegas' celebrity chefs.
Tickets are available online.
