New traffic signals
Sun Coverage
New traffic signals will be turned on Monday morning on Bonneville Avenue downtown.
The road, which was recently turned into a one-way street, has two new signals, one at First Street and one at the Bonneville Transit Center, near Casino Center Boulevard.
The signal at the transit center is needed for the center to operate properly, officials said. The segment of Bonneville carries about 10,000 vehicles per day.
The $4.3 million project to change the streets includes removing and replacing the road surface, installing new curbs and gutters, landscaping, upgrading traffic signals and new road striping, city officials said.

I would think a comprehensive report would include which direction the street was made 1-way. That seems to me to be useful and pertinent information.
(Bonneville is one-way east from the transit center to Las Vegas Blvd; Clark is one-way west from Las Vegas Blvd to where it merges with Bonneville at the transit center.)
