Halloween: an excuse to really dress up

If you enjoy watching how people dress up for a night out on the Strip, imagine what happens when they’re given an excuse to go over the top — like, say, Halloween, when adults unleash their hidden pirate or princess. Here’s a look at last year’s Halloween celebrations and how celebrities of various stripes dressed for the occasion:
