What breaks records here …

World Record Fire Breather Antonio Restivo

Antonio Restivo breaks the Guinness World Record for fire-breathing distance in Las Vegas on Jan. 11, 2011.

Local firebreather Antonio Restivo just spit up a 26-foot-5-inch-high flame, earning a Guinness World Record in the process. “It was an amazing experience,” said Restivo. “With the love and support of family and friends, anything is possible.” Perhaps Restivo’s feat will encourage other Las Vegans to shoot for Guinness. If we can bring 197 horny gamers together, we can take the Largest Strip (as in, clothes) Poker Tournament record away from the U.K. (Get on this, Erotic Heritage Museum.) And if the Fremont Street Experience can persuade a couple thousand tourists to dump their frozen margaritas into a giant tub, we can take the Largest Margarita Glass award from the Margaritaville at Universal Studios. Or we could just grow out our fingernails really long.
