UNLV Liberace Jazz Quartet to play library gig

UNLV's Liberace Jazz Quartet will perform at the Clark County Library on Jan. 12 as part of an ongoing concert series.

The show starts at 7 p.m. in the main theater. Admission is free.

The award-winning group, whose accolades include first prize at the Reno Jazz Festival in 2009, features scholarship students: Otto Ehling on the piano; Julian Tanaka playing saxophone; Scott Teeple on the bass guitar; and Paul Ringenbach on the drums. Their scholarships are funded by the Liberace Foundation, which has sponsored the program since 1976.
