Nevada Chamber Symphony to present youth-oriented show

The Nevada Chamber Symphony will introduce young ones to the orchestra with a special concert on Sunday at the Clark County Library.

The show starts at 3 p.m. in the main theater. Admission is free.

The concert will acquaint children with "the fascinating world of classical and popular American music," the symphony said in a news release.

The group will offer brief narratives about the composers between each piece, and participation is encouraged. Special guests include vocalist Marissa McCoy and the Ronzone Elementary School kindergarten dance ensemble.
