After reading Peter Rustigian’s letter Dec. 14 regarding Michele Bachmann’s comment that she has spent her entire time in government fighting President Barack Obama, I wanted to clarify that she was not being contrary.
The reason she and other Republicans have not given in to this class-divisive president is his pro-government agenda. He has been the most anti-American, anti-freedom, anti-individualist, anti-constitutional and anti-military president (despite what he and Michele pretend).
Rustigian wondered if Republicans not rolling over and agreeing to work “with the president is part of the problem we face.” The majority of the informed people feel that the change Obama talked about was not what they had hoped.
Instead of being the solution, unfortunately, Obama’s policies are the problem!
