Metro Police are investigating the suspicious death of a boy who suffered a fatal gunshot wound Tuesday afternoon near Russell Road and Decatur Boulevard.
Police said they received a call at 2:45 p.m. about the incident in the 5800 block of Ponderosa Way. The circumstances weren’t immediately clear.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing.
