Bullhead City police say a Laughlin man has drowned while cliff-diving into the Colorado River.
A police spokesman says 23-year-old Samuel Lavonne Hamilton was pronounced dead after attempts to revive him at a local hospital.
The Mohave Daily News reports police received a call Wednesday evening after witnesses reported that Hamilton jumped into the water from the cliffs on the Nevada side near a natural gas pipeline and did not resurface.
