The reality show’s past competitors with Vegas ties have fared quite well: Season Two champion Guy Fieri now hosts a number of Food Network shows, as well as the popular NBC program Minute To Win It. He’s also a UNLV alumnus. Vic “Vegas” Moea is a local executive chef and is still currently one of the three remaining contestants vying for the seventh season title. And the next Vegas foodie finalist could be you.
So, if you possess culinary panache and pizzazz, the head to the Westin Casuarina on the 20th between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to show your stuff. For all of the details on how to apply, visit Food Network Star’s casting website.
