Coroner identifies man who died in jump from Strip parking garage

The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified a man who jumped to his death Saturday morning from a parking garage at Caesars Palace.

Jeffrey Marino, 43, of Las Vegas, died from blunt force injuries. The coroner ruled his death a suicide.

Police were called at 9:49 a.m. to Caesars Palace, where they found a man who had jumped from the eighth floor of the parking garage at the resort.

Witnesses at the scene and evidence suggested the death was a suicide, police said.
