The new owners of the RE/MAX EXTREME real estate brokerage in Las Vegas say their company is not involved in Thursday's bankruptcy filing by the former owners.
Craig Rombough and his wife Irene acquired the franchise last year and also have a RE/MAX EXTREME office in Pahrump, Craig Rombough said Saturday.
The new RE/MAX EXTREME is in good standing with international franchisor RE/MAX LLC, he said.
Craig Rombough said his business leases the RE/MAX EXTREME Las Vegas office from the building's owner, real estate agents Barbara Reed and Edward Reed.
EXTREME TEAM, partly owned by the Reeds, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization Thursday.
