A man turned himself in at the Clark County Detention Center on Saturday morning in connection with the alleged murder of a woman the previous day, Metro Police said.
Marshall Green, 31, was booked into jail on suspicion of murder and is being held without bail.
Police received a 911 call at 3:29 a.m Friday from a man who said his girlfriend wouldn't wake up. Police arrived at 3750 S. Arville St. and found a woman's body on the floor, police said.
Green turned himself in at 7 a.m. the next day, police said. The name of the woman will be released by the Clark County Coroner's Office.
