CB Richard Ellis today named John Guedry as managing director of its Las Vegas office.
Guedry will oversee the brokerage, investment sales and other services for the Southern Nevada office. He’s a former executive vice president and manager of City National Bank’s Nevada region.
Guedry has lived in Las Vegas for more than 35 years and is a UNLV graduate with a degree in business management.
Guedry replaces Patricia Nooney, who was named senior managing director for institutional services for CB’s Florida operations.
Guedry has served on the board of the Nevada Bankers Association and American Heart Association. He serves on the boards of Opportunity Village and the Women’s Development Center.
