Patricia Nooney has served as managing director of CB Richard Ellis’ Las Vegas office, where she has executive oversight of all service lines, since August 2008. Prior to her current role, Nooney had been managing director of CB Richard Ellis’ St. Louis office. Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Nooney was the chief operating office, treasurer and senior vice president – asset management for American Spectrum Realty, headquartered in Houston. Nooney served as IREM International president in 2003. She is on the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada chapters of NAIOP and SIOR, and was recently elected a 2010 director of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas. In addition, Nooney sits on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Southern Nevada.
