As regional director of EJM Development Co., Kirk Boylston oversees the company’s development activities in the Southern Nevada market. EJM is a privately owned company headquartered in Los Angeles, with a portfolio of 11 million square feet, and properties located in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico. The company is involved in all facets of real estate, including land acquisition, subdivision, zoning, planning, development, marketing, leasing and management. One of EJM’s most current developments is The Arroyo, a 450+ acre master-planned mixed-use development off of I-215 between Rainbow and Buffalo. Before joining EJM, Boylston was a partner at Triliad Development Co. in Westlake Village, Calif., specializing in industrial and office development, including Class 100 clean room facilities and medical research facilities. Boylston has more than 20 years experience working in real estate development and commercial asset management. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, and holds a B.S. in Construction Management. He is a member of the Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the LVEA, ULI and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
