As project manager for Applied Analysis, Jake Joyce manages projects for clients ranging from gaming companies to municipalities. His recent projects include an examination of mortgage data for the Governor’s Housing Recovery Act Implementation Task Force, residential and commercial market foreclosure analysis, projecting land use absorption for Clark County, and quarterly market analysis of office, industrial, retail, apartment and vacant land markets. Joyce has also been studying conditions in the multifamily sector and was a featured speaker at the annual Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association conference. A graduate of the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, he is a founding member of the United Way of Southern Nevada’s Young Philanthropist Society and is a volunteer on Las Vegas’ Community Emergency Rescue Team.
