After 14 plus years of management, finance and marketing experience with Mobil Corporation, Occidental Petroleum Corporation and Fluor Corporation, Chuck Witters joined the Orange, Calif., office of Lee & Associates in 1985. In 1987, he became a Founding Partner of the Lee & Associates Ontario, Ca. office and joined the Lee & Associates Las Vegas office in 1993. He specializes in the leasing and sales of office buildings, leased investments and land. Witters’ largest investment sale was the $340,000,000 sale of the Fluor World Headquarters in Irvine, Calif., and his largest lease transaction was the $26,000,000 plus lease of office space to Aristocrat Technologies in Las Vegas. He has been an "Active Office" member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors for 20 years and is the president of the Southern Nevada Chapter for the second time. He served on the SIOR National Board of Directors twice and was a nine-year Trustee of the SIOR Foundation. Witters served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP for seven years and has been voted the Top Office Broker in Las Vegas by NAIOP eight times. He also served as the Executive in Residence for the Lumpkin College of Business at Eastern Illinois University in March of this year.
