Aundrea Beach-Greco is a mortgage advisor on a mission. She holds the elite designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. Beach-Greco is not your typical loan officer, she offers her clients an advice-driven, solutions-based client relationship. She is committed to high ethical standards, qualified to give strategic mortgage advice and equipped with creative solutions. Her goal is to take clients through the 4 Ds of mortgage planning: discover, dream, design and deliver. Beach-Greco has a B.S. in Business from UNLV, an active Nevada Mortgage Lending Division Agent License and is a Nevada licensed real estate broker/salesman. She started on the ground floor of the mortgage business back in 1997 and over the years worked in a variety of roles ranging from loan processor to venture manager; originating much more by default than design. Today, her business is 100 percent by referral, due to the strong relationships she has grown and maintained with her business partners, clients and internal network. Beach-Greco has helped thousands of clients realize their dream of homeownership and live the lifestyle they deserve. Raised in Redondo Beach, Calif., she moved to Las Vegas in 1991 and now resides in Henderson with her husband – Buddy Greco (not the singer, just a coincidence) – and daughter Gianna.
