About Corey Harrison: Corey Harrison began working at the pawnshop when he was just 9. Today, he is a partner with his father and grandfather at the store that has become a hit show on The History Channel called “Pawn Stars.” It has jumped to become the No. 1 retail show on the channel, drawing more than 3 million viewers per episode. Each show features an array of quirky characters attempting to sell, purchase or pawn items. Harrison handles the hiring and firing for the store as well as the eBay transactions. He supports S.A.F.E. House, the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, HELP of Southern Nevada and Three Square.
The most important issue facing the valley: Lack of available credit to small businesses.
