Regarding a story in Saturday’s Las Vegas Sun, “Solar contract raising questions”:
You’ll forgive me for resorting to the default “cynical” position where politicians and bureaucrats are concerned.
But when I read what state Energy Director Jim Groth said, “A director is sure as hell not going to engage in a decision that will cost taxpayers more money right now,” I’d be more of a true believer if he was using his own money instead of mine.
