Our government complains that our children are obese. Has it not figured out that people are feeding kids to keep their bellies full, even though the food may not be healthy?
Has first lady Michelle Obama priced fresh fruit and vegetables? You cannot keep a kid’s stomach full on an apple or orange at over a dollar a pound, which is about two apples or two oranges.
I am a senior and I can’t afford to eat fresh fruits or vegetables, either. Michelle, get real.
