Regarding Joe Schoenmann’s Dec. 12 story, “Water District’s labor deal pay hikes irk Sisolak”:
For the first time in my memory, someone said no to Pat Mulroy, general manager of the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
Recently, when making her annual pitch for more money, Clark County Commissioner Steve Sisolak said no. Mulroy’s pitch made no sense in today’s miserable economy and Sisolak did a comprehensive rebuttal to her budget request/demand.
Thanks to Commissioner Sisolak.
