As it is now, the mail schedule seems excessive

My neighbors and I recently were discussing the serious debt problems of the USA.

Most of us are retired and live here part-time. We and the full-timers handle all of our affairs (financial, personal, etc.) electronically.

I average about six articles of mail that I actually need per month:

Saturday delivery? I don’t need.

Five-day delivery? I don’t need.

Three-day per week delivery? That would be plenty good.

This type of business is why the Postal Service and the U.S. government is broke.

There are dozens of areas to start reducing the size of government now.
