Clark County's website will sport a new look at a new address, starting next Friday, Dec. 10.
The site, www.ClarkCountyNV.gov, will provide new features -- such as a master calendar, an easy-to-navigate directory of services and a revamped search engine -- and offer social media sharing for citizens, the county said in a news release.
"It's much easier to find what you're looking for," Commissioner Larry Brown said.
A video library of county services, real-time air quality conditions and options to subscribe to the county's RSS feed are some of the other elements added to the new site.
Future plans include smart phone capability, foreign language translation and photo slideshows.
Citizens are encouraged to provide their feedback, county spokesman Erik Pappa said, and update their bookmarks. Suggestions and comments can be sent to [email protected].
E-mail addresses for county staff will adopt the new domain, although old addresses will continue to function for the time being.
