Cliff, the "UNLV feeder program" concept isn't working - the best ones keep getting away!! :) LOL
This is really getting frustrating. When is UNLV going to land one or more of the top tier players at Findlay???
I ain't surprise with Nick Johnson. He wants to stay close to home. Oh well Lon Kruger will play Arizona again and smacked them. Just give me Nigel William Goss and I'll be fine. And plus do you want every kid from Findlay to sport the Scarlet and Grey. That would raise a red flag right there from the NCAA's.
Everyone needs to realize that Findlay Prep isn't a feeder program for UNLV. Just think how bad it would look to the NCAA if all of the top players in a high school program financed by one of UNLV's top boosters wound up playing for the Rebels. Plus, former Findlay player Carlos Lopez is going to be a great Rebel.
Cliff should spend his money on Gorman instead of Findlay Prep. Looks like we have a better shot signing Gorman players than we do anyone at Findlay Prep.
But it is getting frustrating and embarrassing to have this much top talent in southern Nevada at the local high schools and at Findlay and Kruger & Co. can't seem to keep the majority of them home to play for UNLV.
