Skyhawk ground attack proves too much for Vikings
Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009 | midnight
Senior running back Terran Madu-Jules terrorized Valley Friday night to lead Silverado to a 41-0 victory.
Madu-Jules rushed for 199 yards on 23 carries on Valley’s field and helped the Skyhawk defense preserve a shutout. Junior running back Steven Scamorza complemented Madu-Jules with three carries for 38 yards and two touchdowns.
Valley never threatened to score. It was a mismatch from the beginning. Valley jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. By halftime, it was 27-0.
