CARSON CITY – Gov. Jim Gibbons has a new legal counsel.
Adriana Fralick, who has been legal counsel to the state Ethics Commission for the past three years, will take over the job starting Tuesday. She replaces Christopher Nielsen who resigned in June.
Fralick, of Reno, is a graduate of the UNLV School of Law and has been practicing law since 2005.
Her appointment completes the staffing of the upper echelon of the governor’s staff, which was depleted by resignations. Robin Reedy is chief of staff and Lynn Hettrick and Stacy Woodbury are deputy chiefs of staff.
The ethics commission at its meeting Sept. 10 will discuss seeking a replacement for Fralick.
