Bobby Slatyon, "The Pit Bull of Comedy" who recently left a long-running gig at Hooters, debuts in the newly remodeled Bobby Slayton Room at the Tropicana tonight, Tuesday, May 5.

“The move to the Tropicana has been great,” says Slayton. “I get to do the comedy that I want and the Tropicana has been a great support to the launch of the show. Now if the audiences think my act sucks, they can’t leave because I’ll just lock the doors.”

Slatyon is known for his caustic, irreverent, no-holds-barred humor.

In addition to his standup, Slayton has appeared in movies (“Get Shorty,” “Ed Wood,” “Bandits,” “Dreamgirls”) and on television (“The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno” and “Politically Incorrect”).

The show is produced by Bill Voelkner of Voelkner Productions.
