Education: High school graduate, studied business in college, graduated flight school, licensed private pilot and fluent in Japanese.

Time in Ward: In and out for five years.

Issues: We need to address the foreclosure problem. I will try to give people something called the right of redemption, which is the right of a property owner to redeem his or her real estate from foreclosure by paying the lender the outstanding principal and interest due.

Also, we need to stimulate the local economy through tax reforms such as property tax relief for homeowners and work with the Southern Nevada Health District to improve health care. My daughter Mandi has cystic fibrosis, so I know the need for affordable health care.

What sets you apart from your opponents: First, I am the only one that will be donating all of my council paycheck to a charity, every month.

Second, I have almost 14 years of running a business and I have real solutions to many of the problems we are facing right now.

Third, before any new big project is approved, I will call residents in the area to see what the majority of the people think about the project and then I will vote according to the will of the people.
