Lon Bronson fans will be happy to know that he and his All-Star Band have landed a steady gig at the Green Valley Ranch’s Ovation Lounge, a venue he has long-proclaimed to be the best small concert venue in town.
Beginning April 9 the band will perform free concerts there at 9 p.m. Thursdays.
“We’ll have lots of guest stars – local as well as national,” says the trumpeter. “Just not sure who and when yet.”
He has one more gig at the Ovation before the steady engagement begins. The band will play for free at 8 p.m. Sunday, March 29.
