Vincent Schettler is executive vice president of Focus Commercial Group. Schettler is instrumental in establishing relationships with the brokerage community, private equity funds, homebuilders and land portfolios for the company. A Las Vegas native, Schettler has developed strong relationships within the real estate and development community, which gives him a clear understanding of the local economic and real estate trends in the valley. He joined Focus Property Group in 1996 as a land acquisitions specialist and during his tenure he has successfully negotiated more than 600 land transactions. Schettler sits on the board and is a principal of Focus Property Group, and is involved in every aspect of planning, finance, development, strategy within all of the company’s portfolio and master-planned communities. Schettler served as the sole acquisitions contact for the company’s 3,500-acre Mountain’s Edge master-planned community and the Nevada Trails master-planned community. Schettler has served on a number of planning boards for Clark County and the City of Henderson planning departments. He is a survivor of a rare bone cancer and has been heavily involved with Candlelighters Childhood Cancer of Southern Nevada for 13 years and is a member of the board of directors.
