As the director of operations for Nexus 30, Peebles is responsible for all day-to-day sales operations and administrative functions within the company. Nexus 30 is a specialized sales and marketing organization dedicated to leading developers in the design, marketing and sale of resort, urban and mixed-use communities, providing irreplaceable lifestyles for owners and guests. Nexus 30’s portfolio includes some of the highest profile resort and urban properties throughout North America. Prior to co-founding Nexus 30, Peebles worked for Prudential Americana Group’s high rise division where she led the efforts to facilitate the sales operations in the launch of two of the company’s premier projects - Fairmont Tamarack in Idaho and the Four Seasons Ocean Residences. Peebles’ real estate career began in 2000 and her project experience includes resort, urban, condo-hotel, village, high-rise, mid-rise, golf communities and fractional real estate.
