Rob Silecchia serves as vice president for SR Construction. He brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience to the company and is responsible for the implementation and execution of the development activities within the organization. In order for SR Construction to monitor current and future trends in the marketplace, Silecchia maintains a dynamic presence across a varied landscape of networks to include the development, real estate, finance, brokerage, design, engineering and construction markets; and he also represents the company across a wide array of industry organizations. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and has been an asset to the Bus Tour Committee. He is also a member of the Nevada Development Authority, an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the Certified Commercial Investment Member. Additionally, he maintains professional memberships with the Nevada Hospital Association, the Nevada Restaurant Association, the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association, the U.S. Green Building Council and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers. He completed the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies Graduate Builders Series and the Commercial Real Estate Certification Series. Silecchia attended Farleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, N.J., where he received his bachelor’s degree in business management.
