Robert Schulman has almost 40 years experience as a developer of real estate projects and has developed nearly $1 billion of mixed-use, office, retail, hotel, condominiums, industrial, single-family and multi-family residential and major land projects in Southern Nevada and California. He has been named one of the 100 most influential people in changing Las Vegas. Schulman pioneered major non-gaming hotels in Las Vegas with the world-renowned Alexis Park Hotel, followed by the St. Tropez Hotel. His project, Citibank Park was one of the first major mixed-use developments in Las Vegas. Schulman also oversaw the development of 300 plus acres of commercial land in the Northwest of Las Vegas. Previously, he owned Schulman Homes, where he developed some of Las Vegas' premiere single family and multi-family communities. Prior to relocating to Las Vegas in 1986, Schulman developed 5 million square feet of commercial, industrial, apartment and single-family housing projects in California. He was one of the pioneers of office condominiums and luxury residential condominiums in Southern California. The Palisades Condominiums still ranks as one of Southern California's outstanding condominium developments. Schulman is a certified public accountant.
