Phillip N. Ralston is executive vice president and chief financial officer of American Nevada Co., a Greenspun company that specializes in the design and development of master-planned communities, commercial developments and residential properties. His responsibilities include strategic planning, oversight of the financial and risk management activities, and participation in management of development activities. Ralston has been associated with the Greenspun companies since 1992. Prior to joining American Nevada Co. in 1995, he participated in numerous facets of planning and managing assets and business holdings of the Greenspun family. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1984 and has been a certified public accountant since 1987. Ralston is involved in professional and community organizations in various capacities. He is a director on the board of Black Mountain Community Bank, and is a member of the executive advisory board for UNLV’s College of Business. American Nevada Co. has a 3-million-square-foot commercial portfolio, which includes the 90-acre master-planned Green Valley Corporate Center office park and The District at Green Valley Ranch, the first mixed-used metropolitan lifestyle center in the Las Vegas Valley. ANC has also been the lead development partner in the master-planned communities of Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch, Seven Hills and Aliante.
