As chief executive of TWC Construction Inc., Matthew Ryba has shepherded the company’s local growth into the ranks of the top 10 general contractors in Nevada and its expansion into California, Arizona and Utah. Cutting his teeth in the construction industry and working as a vice president for a California-based developer gave Ryba the skills to launch TWC Construction with partner, Andrew Lessman, in 1997. He is involved in several professional affiliations, including the Nevada Development Authority, and is on the real estate advisory board of the city of Henderson. Ryba graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration.
