Larry F. Singer is vice president of the office group for Grubb & Ellis | Las Vegas and has been with the firm since October 2008. Singer has more than 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate agent and leads one of Southern Nevada’s most successful “tenant representation” teams. During his diverse career, Singer has maintained ongoing relationships with various national and local clients including: Irwin Union Bank, Westcare Foundation, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and Clark County. He has been involved with some of Southern Nevada’s most prominent transactions, including the 10-year 100,000 square-foot lease on behalf of the Clark County District Attorney’s office, the acquisition of 30,000 square feet of lease space on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and the $19 million build-to-suit transaction on behalf of the Nevada Department of Corrections. Singer is affiliated with numerous local organizations including NAIOP, Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the Nevada Development Authority.
