Brad Peterson has been one of the city’s top office brokers for nearly 25 years. Peterson’s experience includes the representation of owners and tenants relating to office properties for lease or for sale. Major clients include IBM, AT&T, Harrahs, Ford Motor Credit, William Sonoma, Bechtel and TD Ameritrade. He has earned the CB Richard Ellis Circle of Excellence Award for the last five years. In 2001 and 2004, Peterson was selected by his peers to receive the CB Richard Ellis Quality of Excellence Award. Peterson and this team of real estate professionals together leased and sold more than 4 million square feet of office space in the last two years. Peterson is an active member of the Southern Nevada chapters of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). In 2005, Mr. Peterson and his partner Randy Broadhead lead a team of eight real estate professionals who together leased and sold over 2.7 million square feet of office space during that year. In 2007 and 2008, Peterson and his team were awarded “Office Broker” of the year by NAIOP. He also co-chaired Save Our Sports, the organization of community leaders raising money for middle school athletics. Peterson is also involved with the Boy Scouts of America and coaches a traveling youth basketball team.
