As senior vice president and principal with Fifield Realty, Schachtman oversaw the development of the 41-story high-rise Allure Las Vegas. Schachtman has 30 years of experience in real estate, with a broad base of expertise in many markets around the world. Currently, he manages Fifield’s development in Chicago, Las Vegas, Hawaii and San Francisco, including a five-building 2,100-unit residential development in Chicago, and several office and residential projects in planning. In Hawaii, he heads up the Allure Waikiki project, a 291-unit high-amenity condominium building. Schachtman has a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in architecture.
