Harrah's Entertainment Inc.'s Flamingo Las Vegas today announced the brother-sister duo Donny & Marie have extended their headliner contract for an additional two years, through October 2012.
Donny & Marie opened at the center-Strip property on Sept. 9, 2008.
"Donny & Marie are amazing professionals who come to work every night and really leave it all on stage, which is why they continue to be the hottest ticket in town a year after opening," Don Marrandino, president of Flamingo Las Vegas, said in a statement. "They have recreated the magic of legendary performers on the Strip with their incredible talent and we are thrilled to have them as our headliners for at least the next three years."
"I guess this is a 'lease to own' situation," Marie Osmond jokingly said in the statement. "It's great that the Flamingo is so happy with our show that they want us to 'park it' for another two years. We love the Vegas audiences, so it's all good."
"You mean I have to work with my sister for another two years?" added Donny Osmond. "All kidding aside, we love it at the Flamingo and we're excited to continue to entertain the audiences here in Las Vegas for the next few years."
Presented by Chip Lightman Entertainment, Donny & Marie is a 90-minute variety show that incorporates singing, dancing, comedy and the stars' brother-sister banter.
Nightly, 60 fans have the chance to purchase VIP ticket packages that include prime seating and a post-show meet-and-greet with Donny & Marie.
Donny & Marie runs Tuesday-Saturday with tickets running $90, $104, $120 and $255 (plus tax and fees).

Seriously, this is one of the best shows I have seen. They are entertainers in every sense of the word. Loved it, would go again -- worth every dollar. For the record, I am local, 45, male and straight.
Frank, Dean and Sammy are rolling over.
I agree, viperlv. EXCELLENT SHOW!!! And worth the money! I was so surprised. I'd go again!! The two of them are non-stop during the whole show!
BTW PeterGUn - how much do you think ticket prices are for all the headliners on the Strp? And I'm not talking Terry Fator and the like. BIG NAME headliners.
And Frank, Dean and Sammy would LOVE the show because they appreciated and respected talented entertainers.
Great show with a hug from marie after the show. Worth every penny.
Nice to read that these people had a very positive experience when going to see Donny and Marie.
We were hoping to be able to share the same type of experience when we bought airline tickets and made hotel reservations and got tickets for their show only to discover she cancelled the show after we got there.
My wife who has been a fan of the Osmonds her whole life was really looking forward to seeing their show.
Unfortunately we had to leave and go home sadly disappointed.
