Wayne David Lewis, 18, died July 20 in Henderson.
The lifetime resident was born in St. George, Utah, on Jan. 8, 1991, and was a student. He is the great-grandson of W. Don Richard, the first fire chief of Henderson.
He is survived by his parents, Lester Mark Lewis of Indian Springs and Terri Jo Woofter of Henderson; siblings Angel Pinzon and her husband Martin of Las Vegas, Michael Lewis, Faye Lewis and Brandon Lewis, all of Henderson; Grandfather William Woofter of Las Vegas and grandmother Vicki Richard-Cameron and her husband Jack of Henderson; niece Harmony Lewis; Uncles Dennis Richard and wife Carol of Las Vegas, Bruce Jackson and wife Nancy of Henderson, Michael Mouilso and wife Zakia of Henderson; aunt Julie Smock of Henderson; and stepmother Jamie Konetzki of Henderson.
A memorial service was held July 25 at Palm Mortuary of Henderson.
