Nevada wildlife commissioners named

CARSON CITY – Gov. Jim Gibbons has named two men from Las Vegas and one from Reno to the state Board of Wildlife Commission.
Bruce Korbin, a vice president at Wirtz Beverage Nevada and a resident of Las Vegas, succeeds Ron Lurie of Las Vegas representing the general public.
Charles Howell, who recently retired from the gaming industry in Las Vegas, succeeds Dan Swanson of Las Vegas representing sportsmen.
Daryl Capurro, former managing director of the Nevada Motor Transport Association in Reno, takes the place of David McNinch of Reno representing conservationists.
The nine-member commission sets hunting and fishing regulations in Nevada.
