Paul Rolle, 81, of Boulder City died Aug. 24 in Las Vegas. He was born July 9, 1928, in Riverside, Calif.

Rolle was a retired highway building superintendent for E.L. Yeager Co. He had lived in Boulder City for 10 years and had previously resided in Barstow, Calif., for 15 years. He was raised in the Catholic faith.

He is survived by sons Robert Robinson Jr. of Boulder City and Ross Robinson of Santa Monica, Calif.; daughter Roxanne Burroughs of Ojai, Calif.; sisters, Mary Rolle of Riverside, Calif., and Margaret Pagliuso and husband Albert, of Riverside; nieces Sharan Fornasero and Pagan Bryant, both of Riverside; five grandchildren; and Sluggo, Paul's dog and faithful companion.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 4 at Olivewood Memorial Park, 3300 Central Ave., in Riverside, Calif.

Boulder City Family Mortuary handled the arrangements.
