Polls show most Americans favor some sort of health care reform, but they disagree about the best way to do it.
We should have a rational discussion of the pros and cons of various reform plans instead of the rancorous yelling and screaming at town-hall meetings.
I have heard more than enough about “death boards” and “euthanasia counseling” and seen enough doctored photographs of President Obama with an Adolf Hitler mustache to convince me of one thing: Whatever health plan reforms we adopt, they need to include mental health coverage.
